His deep understanding of financial and operational functions has enabled him to effectively contribute towards sustainable business growth and organizational development.
He possesses rich experience in business administration and management functions and has consistently demonstrated strong leadership capabilities in overseeing financial operations, optimizing resources, and implementing effective business strategies. His practical approach, analytical skills, and sound financial acumen have played a significant role in strengthening internal financial controls and ensuring operational efficiency. Being closely associated with the Company, Mr. Anand has been instrumental in managing and supervising the financial and operational affairs of the Company. Mr. Ravi Cheddilal Soni

Mr. Ravi Soni is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in engineering goods production, specializing in Hydraulics and Pneumatics. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Production Technology, Mr. Soni spearheads sales operations in more than 20 countries, including European nations, the Gulf, and Africa, showcasing his proficiency in exports and international market expansion.
Mr. Prakash Gaur

Mr. Prakash Gaur is a visionary leader with over three decades of experience in infrastructure, logistics and urban development. As a former CEO of NHLML, a subsidiary of NHAI, he had led the creation of Multimodal Logistics Parks, ropeways, Varanasi Ropeway (India's first urban public transport ropeway, a 3.75 km system connecting Varanasi Cantt Railway Station to Godowlia Chowk to ease congestion and improve connectivity to the city's core), wayside amenities and other infrastructure projects. A former member of GIFT City, and former Director with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Mr Gaur has built frameworks that redefine urban access and infrastructure efficiency nationwide. At aerpace he is guiding the expansion of integrating intelligent ecosystem to create inclusive, & Zero emission mobility across India.
CS Akanksha Bilaney

Akanksha Bilaney is a Commerce and Law Graduate from Pune University and a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She also holds diploma in Merger and Acquisition from Symbiosis International University. She is a founder of firm A.S. Bilaney & Associates based in Mumbai. She has an overall experience of around 10 years in handling Company law related compliances. Also, with the interest in the Environment protection, she is also running a foundation with the name ‘Onef9Planet Foundation’.
Mr. Sanjay Ram Takale

Mr. Sanjay Takale aged 53 years and he is winner of Shiv Chhatrapati Award. He is a Commerce Graduation from BMCC and Law from Symbiosis. Originally a Two Wheelers Champion from 1987 to 2001 and he has won more than 75 Trophies. To name a few he has won Ashtavinayak Rally – Overall 1st, Sinhagad Hill climb – Overall 1st, Indore Motocross, Poona Motocross, Poona Dirt Track, Seizers Action Rally-Coimbatore, NASA Rally-Nasik, MASA Rally-Mumbai and many Dirt Track Races.
Mr. Prem Singh Rawat

Mr. Prem Singh Rawat aged 61, having thirty-five plus years of experience in Business and Strategy Management, Social Management, Industrial Relation Management, Sales, Marketing, Administration, Operation, Commercial Management. He is B.Com graduate from, Dayal Singh College, Delhi University in 1984 and did PG Diploma in Personnel Management and & Industrial Relation in 1986 (MBA).
Ms. Anshu Shukla Pandey

Ms. Anshu Shukla Pandey is a seasoned tax administration and public policy professional with over 31 years of distinguished experience in the Indian Revenue Service (IRS). She retired as Principal Commissioner of Income Tax and has held several senior leadership positions in the Income Tax Department, with expertise in tax administration, compliance management, international taxation, transfer pricing, governance and institutional reforms.
She is presently associated with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as a Short-Term Tax Administration Expert and is a Certified TADAT Assessor, providing technical assistance on tax administration reforms, compliance risk management and audit modernisation across various jurisdictions.
Ms. Pandey holds a Master's Degree in International Development and Public Policy from Duke University, USA, along with qualifications in Law, Physics and Education. Her extensive experience in governance, public policy, regulatory compliance and institutional capacity building is expected to add significant value to the deliberations of the Board.

Mr. Rajnish Kumar

Mr. Rajnish Kumar is former chairman of State Bank of India. He completed his 3 years term as chairman in October 2020. He is credited with steering the bank successfully through very challenging times. During his tenure, Bank developed YONO, a digital platform, which has established bank as a global leader in adoption of technology and innovation.
