Today, that future of India is being built in Chakan, Pune—where vision takes the form of reality with aerpace Industries Research and Manufacturing facility. After years of planning, design and execution, this 1,80,000 sq.ft space marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey from ideation to execution.

Research and Development building the foundation.

The Chakan facility has activated its integrated R&D center where the ideas once designed are tested and validated before manufacturing them at scale. They will be the birthplace for aerCar, aerWing and all the technological components related to the aerVerse. This is where the systems will be designed, engineered, and validated for their distribution. The focus being not only on engineering systems but from their concept to execution to evolution.

Engineered to MakeTime.

Alongside the R&D unit aerpace will also be responsible for manufacturing the components in house with their Manufacturing Facility treating it not as an external output rather built into the system itself. Where precision meets engineering to support manufacturing at scale. The solar panel manufacturing is already operational, securing its first order. The facility is also equipped with solar panel assembly line and specialized manufacturing equipment marking aerpace’s entry in renewable energy segment. These machineries ensure a strong foundation capable of producing up to 2,000 solar panels per day.

The Chakan facility is a hub designed for execution across dimensions. Where aerpace overlooks not just a single output but brings together functions like Research and Development, testing, manufacturing and validation for deployment. This critical step will stabilize productions which will enable aerpace to expand in various technological platforms across mobility.
