Air Vice Marshal Rajesh Bhandari, VSM (Veteran), brings 35 years of Indian Air Force experience, including serving as Assistant Chief of the Air Staff (Procurement). His expertise in defence procurement, aerospace logistics, and strategic supply chains strengthens aerpace's focus on advancing aerShield and developing indigenous aerospace and defence capabilities aligned with operational requirements.

Pacer - Ravi Soni

Executive Director

Mr. Soni brings over 23 years of expertise in engineering goods production, with a focus on Hydraulics and Pneumatics. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Production Technology.

As a leader in international sales, Mr. Soni manages markets in over 20 countries, including Europe, the Gulf, and Africa, demonstrating his proficiency in exports and global market expansion.

Racer - Sanjay Takale

Mr. Takale embodies the idea of motorsport as a technology platform for everyday mobility. As a CAO and racer, Sanjay Takale also puts innovation among the top priorities in racing.

With his long-standing tradition of competing in motorsport, he plays a pivotal role in the aerpace racers family.

He is B.Com graduate from, Dayal Singh College, Delhi University in 1984 and did PG Diploma in Personnel Management and & Industrial Relation in 1986 (MBA).

Mr. Prakash Gaur is a visionary leader with over three decades of experience in infrastructure, logistics, and urban development.

As the former CEO of NHLML, he has led the creation of Multimodal Logistics Parks (MMLPs)

A founding member of GIFT City, and former Director (Strategy) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Gaur has built frameworks that redefine urban access and infrastructure efficiency nationwide.

At aerpace, he will guide the expansion of integrating intelligent ecosystem to create inclusive, & zero-emission mobility across India.

Vice President Powertrain & Propulsion System

Dr. Ashish Garg serves as Vice President – Powertrain & Propulsion Systems, bringing extensive expertise in aerospace propulsion, fluid dynamics, ballistic armour, soft matter physics and advanced engineering systems. He earned his PhD from the University of Manchester and his Master’s at IISc Bangalore with AIR-1 in GATE (Aerospace Engineering).

He has led the design and development of cutting-edge micro-turbojet engines, ballistic soft armour and filed multiple patents in hybrid propulsion technologies. His experience spans global research collaborations, UAV system design, aerodynamic optimization, and high-altitude platform development.

Dr. Garg has authored over 40 scientific publications and actively contributes to innovation in clean propulsion, adaptive engines, and advanced material systems. As founder of GATE Aerospace Forum, he has mentored thousands of aerospace engineers nationwide.
